Welcome to the 2027
We ❤️ Teachers 5K
Presented by:
Charlotte, We Love Teachers 5K is BACK!
Same Movement. Special Charlotte Date.
Charlotte is an official We ❤️ Teachers 5K Worldwide city. Our Charlotte in-person celebration will take place on March 13, 2027, carrying the spirit and mission of the National Day to Move for Education forward into spring.
Why We Race
For over a decade, Get Fit At School has operated under a singular mission. Help improve education by improving the educator.
Teachers give everything they have to their students — but too often, they sacrifice their own health and wellness in the process. Through our fitness programs, wellness initiatives, and community events like the We ❤️ Teachers 5K, we help educators build energy, focus, and balance — empowering them to thrive inside and outside the classroom.
This race is more than miles; it’s a celebration of teachers, a commitment to their well-being, and a movement to create healthier, happier classrooms for every student.

The race will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2027 at the beautiful McAlpine Creek Park. This is a fantastic course with some hills but a great location to beat your best time. You don't have to run, you can walk, you can watch, you can cheer, you can sponsor and you can volunteer! However you decide to participate, you're going to have fun! Come celebrate our educators!
